On-Site Parking Info If you are picking someone up or dropping them off, the most convenient parking will be the "HOURLY PARKING" areas which are located directly in front of each terminal. If you drop your bags or passengers at the curbside check-in, simply follow the overhead "TERMINAL RETURN" signs to reach the parking entrances. Automatic ticket dispensers issue parking tickets at the entrance to each parking area. Present this ticket to the cashier as you exit.

Numbered, color-coded signs in each parking area help you locate your car when you return. The ticket color also corresponds to the parking area. Be sure to note the level section and row number when you park.

Parking for people with disabilities is available in all Airport parking areas including Hourly, Daily, Economy, and Park-Ride lots. Upon entering the parking lot please follow highly visible directional signs which reflect the standard symbol for the disabled. These signs direct passengers with disabilities to the designated parking spaces. The parking spaces for people with disabilities are located in the closest proximity to the Airport main terminal. High-top vans over 8-feet are encouraged to park in our surface "Park-Ride" lots and take the complimentary shuttles to the terminal. These shuttles are wheelchair accessible for people with disabilities.

Security Measures

In accordance with the FAA 300-foot rule, Hartsfield Airport does not permit any vehicle to park within 300 feet of the main terminal building. While visiting the Airport parking area you will see empty spaces in Airport parking lots. These spaces provide a natural barrier to Hartsfield Airport for your personal security and safety.
